My Favorite Way to Drink TianChi

I would venture to guess that I have consumed more TianChi than any other living human being. That said, I have also experimented with drinking it in all kinds of ways. Lately I’ve stumbled across my favorite recipe, the one I drink before every workout at the gym.

It’s not my favorite just because of the way it makes me feel, it also tastes so amazing! It's almost like a creamy milkshake instead of a powdered drink. It tastes so great that I decided that I needed to share it.

  • 8 oz of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs of coconut cream (3 if you really like it creamy)
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbs MCT oil (optional)
  • 1 packet of TianChi

I like to blend the first four ingredients in a blender first, then add the TianChi in after the rest have mixed, and drink immediately. You won’t believe it’s an herbal drink. 

The added fat and cream adds to the taste and makes it a great keto drink as well

When I use MCT oil, I usually experience even more of the usual  brain rush about 30 minutes after consuming it. Needless to say I have a great time working out after having this drink.

The instructions inside your box of TianChi do say to drink it alone with nothing else for the best results. That still applies when starting out and you’re really stressed and imbalanced.

Further down the road though , once you’ve been taking it for a while it’s not as important.

Combining with beneficial fats slows the absorption down a little, but it's still just as effective. Enjoy!
