Shipping Policy

  • We ship Monday through Friday.
  • All orders placed before 1:00 pm Pacific time will be shipped same day.
  • Signatures will be required on all orders over $250 unless you request that the signature be waived on your order. 
  • If shipment shows delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery so we can provide you with documentation to follow up with your local carrier. We cannot do anything if the item is lost or stolen after 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

International Customers:  We recommend selecting DHL Worldwide when shipping outside the U.S. so that your package is trackable and insured.
** US Postal shipments cannot be tracked once outside the US, therefore, we cannot insure international shipments shipped via US Postal Service.
**International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes based on the full invoice.

  • Should an international package be refused, HerbWorks will charge the customer the cost of the original shipping as well as any costs incurred to ship the package back to HerbWorks.
