It’s Never Too Late to Properly Feed Your Brain

Getting enough folate? Folate is one of the most important nutrients that is essential for life. Folic acid deficiency has been linked to dementia, anemia, cancer, mental illness, and birth defects. This is why it’s commonly added to food and prenatal vitamins as a preventative measure.
